Ways to work
Four ways in.
Most customers start with samples. Some start with a problem — a supplier who stopped answering, a formula that became too expensive, a reference nobody can match. All four routes run on the same specification and documents.
Catalogue supply
Any listed material, from 100 g to drums. Each order ships with its Certificate of Analysis; the SDS, IFRA certificate and allergen declaration are available before you buy.
Sampling
Any material as a 30 g sample. The sample cost is credited against your first order of that material, so evaluating properly costs you nothing in the end.
Matching
Send us a reference — a finished product, a competitor’s oil, a discontinued material. We return a coded match with its specification, and hold it steady from then on.
Bespoke creation
An original composition or accord, written to your brief, your base and your target cost, and supplied under your own code.
How it runs
1. Brief. Tell us the material or the problem, the application and the volume. 2. Samples. 30 g samples with their documents. 3. Specification. The limits agreed in writing. 4. Supply. Every lot checked against the specification and the retained standard, and shipped with its COA.
